Ensuring good staff stay with us is a priority, and we are very successful at it! Building relationships with children’s key people will mean a lot to parents whether they want to discuss teething, behaviour, potty training or just find out how their child is getting on. We believe that relationships between parents and staff are just as important as the one between the child and their key person. This is why we place great emphasis on staff continuity.
