Davey Day Care is open from 8.00am to 6.00pm, Monday to Friday, with the option of care from 7.30am until 6.00pm for those parents and carers who have an earlier start to their day. These will incur an additional charge to the daily rate.

 

If your child is unable to attend on a particular day we ask that you call to inform us by 9.00am. It is inevitable that at times, you may be delayed and not able to collect your child at the specified time and we ask that if this is the case, you inform us as soon as possible to ensure that there are practitioners available to care for your child.

 

Late charges will apply to those parents who pick their child up after their allocated session time. These are charged at an initial £20 plus £5 for every 10 mins you are late. This charge is made due to the need to cover staff overtime. You should not worry if you are delayed, as your child’s every need will be catered for through the duration of your delay.

 

Davey Day Care is open for 51 weeks per year and closed for 5 working days during the Christmas period.  The exact dates are given out in January to enable plenty of notice. DDC is closed on all Bank Holidays and are chargeable. At Davey Day Care we offer a variety of sessions to meet the requirements of parents and carers. We offer term time only spaces for families who do not need care in school holidays, our term dates for this year and next are on the 'term dates and events' tab.
